I made the base of this custom fascinator by assembling three large scallop seashells into a fan shape. The base measures 5" at its longest point and 4.5" at its widest. I placed a medium burgundy flower off to the side and surrounded it with a combination of shells, faux pearls, and miniature skull beads. I placed a large 1x1.5" turquoise and stone pattern skull bead on one side and gave it, its own little fascinator made of a paper succulent and spiral shell bead.
The fascinator will be fitted with a black satin headband.
